Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat wraps)
2 cooked chicken breasts, grilled or pan-seared, sliced
1 large avocado, sliced
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced (optional for crunch)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or light mayo
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
Prepare Sauce – In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer Wraps – Lay tortillas flat. Spread sauce evenly over each.
Assemble Filling – Add sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, and cucumber.
Roll & Secure – Fold sides of tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.
Optional Toasting – Grill the wrap on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden and warm.
Serve – Slice in half and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Warm tortillas slightly before rolling for flexibility. Store fillings separately if making ahead. Add bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch.
